She performed microsuction to remove impacted wax, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire appointment. I also had custom ear impressions taken for earplugs, and the process was seamless and expertly handled.

Audiologist Cherry’s care went above and beyond the call of duty when I attended the clinic today. My problem was particularly stubborn and Cherry gave extremely generously of her time in order to fix it. I left able to hear clearly for the first time in some weeks. What an attentive and efficient team; getting custom-made earplugs would usually be an uneventful process, but it actually turned out to be something enjoyable and easy.

This was my first time visiting an Audiologist earlier this month. Over the past two months, I have been experiencing recurrent dizziness, mainly in the mornings and often triggered by certain head movements. I attended AudioHearing in South Yarra for an audiological assessment. From registration through to the assessment, I found the staff members and the Audiologist to be polite, patient, and friendly. The assessment was conducted professionally, and the Audiologist provided me with a very comprehensive report along with valuable recommendations for further follow-up. Last weekend, I went to a motor show and the engine noise was extremely loud. The next morning, my left ear felt almost deaf — I couldn’t hear clearly, had constant ringing, and felt dizzy.

I came off a ship 🚢 that I am traveling around the world on.my problem was my left hearing aid would not connect. I tried everything I could. I went on the web for information. Nothing Worked. The Ship docked in Melbourne. I took an Uber to there location. Obviously I didn't have an appointment. I explained0d the situation that I had to be back at the ship by 5. They put me infront of the next group. She fixed my situation in 10 minutes. Great, I can hear again.

One of the most lovely experiences I've had in Melbourne! I left my hearing aid case on the plane 10 days ago. Noticed the South Yarra location and literally walked in off the street. I was immediately and politely greeted by Sarah, who listened carefully, smiled and immediately got up to work on a solution for me. She returned quickly and provided a clean, perfect hearing aid case. I attempted to pay, but she would not accept it and said they are happy to help and would like me to have it as a gift and wished me a wonderful trip. Had a great experience at audio hearing in South Yarra for ear wax removal. Priscille was extremely friendly and helpful from the very first phone call and very happy with the procedure aswel. I would definitely recommend them.

I was excited on the day of my fitting and be fitted for hearing aids so I could stop relying on reading people’s lips to hear what they are saying. I am looking forward to saying “what did you say?” A lot less frequently. Priss, Cheery and Alex are most helpful and enthusiastic in their roles.

My GP referred me here because I was experiencing tinnitus and wanted to make sure everything was okay. Booking the appointment was so easy, the receptionist was lovely and got me sorted in seconds. A few days later, I saw the doctor, who was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. They gave me great tips for managing my tinnitus and recommended a wax cleaning. I came back the next day for that, and it was the best decision! Everyone was so patient, caring, which is rare to find nowadays. Highly recommend! ☺️

Definitely would recommend.
As a deaf person from birth I've dealt with many audiologists over my short life, and these guys definately stand out to me.
They actually care for their clients and provide above and beyond services. Dr Alex has been especially helpful in integrating some new devices into my life. He has been available to contact at any time to help me with any issues.

We had such a great experience at this shop! Priscille was absolutely amazing – she went above and beyond to help us, was friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. I made an emergency appointment as I lost one of my hearing aid. They were super helpful and gave me the quickest appointment. I got a week of trial for a better hearing aid and absolutely loved the new ones. The staff is extremely helpful and really polite. They care about your issues and provide the best solutions, care and attentiveness. Everything was very quick. Within 2 appointments I got a week of trial for hearing aids and got new ones ordered as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

Had such a wonderful experience in this clinic. I’ve just moved to Australia from Ireland, and was immediately made welcome by all the team. From a warm greeting at reception, to the gentle but thorough procedure from the audiologist. I also believe they stayed longer than expected to make sure I received the results I wanted (sorry!). Really delighted I chose this clinic, and would recommend to anyone to go here. Not to mention, this was my first experience in Australia for any sort of treatment.. they made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout. Thank you so much to all the team 🙂
