INFORMATION FOR MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS

Private Patients

A Medicare rebate is available for a maximum of five services per year for private patients

  • Who are being managed by their GP under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM). Formally known as the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program or
  • They are residents of a residential aged care facility who are managed under a multidisciplinary care plan

Pensioners and Veteran (DVA) Patients

We are accredited to provide FREE hearing services including FREE hearing aids to Pensioners and Veterans. Please refer your patients to us by completing our Referral Form and we will take care of registering them with the Hearing Services Program.

    Urgent Referrals

    If you have a patient who has experienced Sudden Hearing Loss or has any other urgent auditory condition, please call us on 1300 432 793 to make an urgent appointment and we will endeavour to see them immediately, ensuring optimal outcomes are achieved.
