All Signia Xperience hearing aids with Bluetooth.
No, all the changes made by the Assistant are applied to the Universal Program. You automatically benefit from the new settings without the need to choose a specific program every time you are in a similar situation.
No, it will only apply to the Universal program.
There is a reset option in the app, you can use it at any time. Attention: This reverts the settings back to the original hearing aid fitting made by your HCP. To know more, please refer to the Signia Assistant Flyer available for download on this page.
There are several reasons why the Signia Assistant might not be available:
- You don’t have an Xperience hearing aid with Bluetooth paired with the app.
- Signia Assistant is not available in your country (please contact your HCP to know whether your country supports Signia Assistant).
- Hearing aids were fitted before Signia Assistant was released (if this is the case, please contact your HCP to get the Assistant activated)
No. The processing power and neural network is hosted online, and there is not an offline solution. This also ensures that the knowledge encapsulated in it is always up to date.
Yes, with the natural limitations in terms of tools for a monaural fitting.
Signia cannot trace any personal information at all. The whole system is 100% anonymized, and only big group data is analyzed; no individual data is collected. This is extremely important and the basis for the whole system. We couldn’t have such a system if anything was traceable. Our “Privacy Policy” is displayed in the App (Settings->Imprint->Privacy policy).

This was my first time visiting an Audiologist earlier this month. Over the past two months, I have been experiencing recurrent dizziness, mainly in the mornings and often triggered by certain head movements. I came off a ship 🚢 that I am traveling around the world on.my problem was my left hearing aid would not connect. I tried everything I could. I went on the web for information. Nothing Worked. One of the most lovely experiences I've had in Melbourne! I left my hearing aid case on the plane 10 days ago. Noticed the South Yarra location and literally walked in off the street. I was immediately and politely greeted by Sarah, who listened carefully, smiled and immediately got up to work on a solution for me. She returned quickly and provided a clean, perfect hearing aid case. I attempted to pay, but she would not accept it and said they are happy to help and would like me to have it as a gift and wished me a wonderful trip. Really amazing place, and the client in the waiting area also a big smile; clearly know AudioHearing is THE place to go for any hearing issue big or small.

Alex is such a down-to-Earth individual and has the patience of an angel. He is an excellent audiologist, never rushed and has a “nothing is a problem attitude.
Sarah his PA, will be the one taking your appointment call and she is charming and warm and again exudes the same kind and friendly energy as Alex.
Overall, an excellent team and the provision of top notch patient care is in their DNA.
You will not be disappointed.

I was excited on the day of my fitting and be fitted for hearing aids so I could stop relying on reading people’s lips to hear what they are saying. I am looking forward to saying “what did you say?” A lot less frequently. Priss, Cheery and Alex are most helpful and enthusiastic in their roles.

My GP referred me here because I was experiencing tinnitus and wanted to make sure everything was okay. Booking the appointment was so easy, the receptionist was lovely and got me sorted in seconds. A few days later, I saw the doctor, who was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. They gave me great tips for managing my tinnitus and recommended a wax cleaning. I came back the next day for that, and it was the best decision! Everyone was so patient, caring, which is rare to find nowadays. Highly recommend! ☺️

Definitely would recommend.
As a deaf person from birth I've dealt with many audiologists over my short life, and these guys definately stand out to me.
They actually care for their clients and provide above and beyond services. Dr Alex has been especially helpful in integrating some new devices into my life. He has been available to contact at any time to help me with any issues.

We had such a great experience at this shop! Priscille was absolutely amazing – she went above and beyond to help us, was friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. I made an emergency appointment as I lost one of my hearing aid. They were super helpful and gave me the quickest appointment. I got a week of trial for a better hearing aid and absolutely loved the new ones. The staff is extremely helpful and really polite. They care about your issues and provide the best solutions, care and attentiveness. Everything was very quick. Within 2 appointments I got a week of trial for hearing aids and got new ones ordered as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

Had such a wonderful experience in this clinic. I’ve just moved to Australia from Ireland, and was immediately made welcome by all the team. From a warm greeting at reception, to the gentle but thorough procedure from the audiologist. I also believe they stayed longer than expected to make sure I received the results I wanted (sorry!). Really delighted I chose this clinic, and would recommend to anyone to go here. Not to mention, this was my first experience in Australia for any sort of treatment.. they made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout. Thank you so much to all the team 🙂
