I honestly canāt recommend AudioHearing South Yarra highly enough. Alex has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process of finding and fitting me with the right hearing aid for my lifestyle. He took the time to really understand my needs rather than simply recommending a device, and his knowledge, patience and genuine care made the entire experience so easy and comfortable.
Getting a hearing aid has genuinely changed my life for the better. I feel more confident, connected and present in everyday situations, and I didnāt realise just how much I had been missing until I could hear properly again in one side of my ear. Iām so grateful to Alex for finding the right solution for me and for making what could have felt like an overwhelming experience such a positive one.
And I have to give a huge shout out to Pricelle as well. She goes above and beyond every single time and is such an incredible person. And honestly, she is just such a lovely person. She has this wonderful ability to make you feel like youāve known her forever. I could genuinely sit at the front desk all day just chatting with her! 😂 Sheās warm, funny, caring and incredibly down to earth, and you can tell that her kindness isnāt just part of her jobā¦ itās genuinely who she is. Pris is an amazing receptionist and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole team did an amazing job with the hearing tests, which were thorough and gave honest, accurate feedback about whether your hearing is good or if there are any issues. I had an excellent experience at the clinic in Toorak and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Dr Cherry was absolutely wonderful. I attended with ongoing ear issues and she was professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She performed microsuction to remove impacted wax, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire appointment. I also had custom ear impressions taken for earplugs, and the process was seamless and expertly handled.
A special mention to Priscella at reception, who was exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for a very positive experience.

This was my first time visiting an Audiologist earlier this month. Over the past two months, I have been experiencing recurrent dizziness, mainly in the mornings and often triggered by certain head movements. I attended AudioHearing in South Yarra for an audiological assessment. From registration through to the assessment, I found the staff members and the Audiologist to be polite, patient, and friendly. The assessment was conducted professionally, and the Audiologist provided me with a very comprehensive report along with valuable recommendations for further follow-up. Last weekend, I went to a motor show and the engine noise was extremely loud. The next morning, my left ear felt almost deaf ā I couldnāt hear clearly, had constant ringing, and felt dizzy.
A friend recommended Audio Hearing Melbourne, and Iām really glad I went. Cherry Wong, the audiologist who helped me, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
They conducted three tests to diagnose the issue, and Cheery clearly explained what happened, why it happened, and how to relieve the symptoms. I felt very reassured throughout the whole process.

Cherry cleaned my ears with the microsuction and she did a fantastic job! She was very efficient and my ears felt much better afterwards. Priscill at the front desk was very lovely and welcoming too, from beginning to end I had a great appointment. Will definitely return for my yearly cleans!

I had a great experience at Audio Hearing. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. The doctor was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything, which made me feel confident and well looked after.

Highly recommend! Cherry was extremely thorough and caring while taking care of my blocked ears, and Priscille was friendly and efficient at reception. All round great service, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

The earwax removal was explained clearly, carried out gently, and was completely pain-free. I felt well cared for throughout, and the improvement in my hearing was immediate and impressive.

One of the most lovely experiences I've had in Melbourne! I left my hearing aid case on the plane 10 days ago. Noticed the South Yarra location and literally walked in off the street. I was immediately and politely greeted by Sarah, who listened carefully, smiled and immediately got up to work on a solution for me. She returned quickly and provided a clean, perfect hearing aid case. I attempted to pay, but she would not accept it and said they are happy to help and would like me to have it as a gift and wished me a wonderful trip. Really amazing place, and the client in the waiting area also a big smile; clearly know AudioHearing is THE place to go for any hearing issue big or small.

Saw Alex and got fitted with hearing aids.
Alex is such a down-to-Earth individual and has the patience of an angel. He is an excellent audiologist, never rushed and has a ānothing is a problem attitude.
Sarah his PA, will be the one taking your appointment call and she is charming and warm and again exudes the same kind and friendly energy as Alex.
Overall, an excellent team and the provision of top notch patient care is in their DNA.
You will not be disappointed.

Hearing aids something to look forward to, rather than it being yet another handicap that seems to accompany getting older. I was excited on the day of my fitting and be fitted for hearing aids so I could stop relying on reading peopleās lips to hear what they are saying. I am looking forward to saying āwhat did you say?ā A lot less frequently. Priss, Cheery and Alex are most helpful and enthusiastic in their roles.

My GP referred me here because I was experiencing tinnitus and wanted to make sure everything was okay. Booking the appointment was so easy, the receptionist was lovely and got me sorted in seconds. A few days later, I saw the doctor, who was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. They gave me great tips for managing my tinnitus and recommended a wax cleaning. I came back the next day for that, and it was the best decision! Everyone was so patient, caring, which is rare to find nowadays. Highly recommend! ☺️

Definitely would recommend.
As a deaf person from birth I've dealt with many audiologists over my short life, and these guys definately stand out to me.
They actually care for their clients and provide above and beyond services. Dr Alex has been especially helpful in integrating some new devices into my life. He has been available to contact at any time to help me with any issues.

I made an emergency appointment as I lost one of my hearing aid. They were super helpful and gave me the quickest appointment. I got a week of trial for a better hearing aid and absolutely loved the new ones. The staff is extremely helpful and really polite. They care about your issues and provide the best solutions, care and attentiveness. Everything was very quick. Within 2 appointments I got a week of trial for hearing aids and got new ones ordered as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

Had such a wonderful experience in this clinic. Iāve just moved to Australia from Ireland, and was immediately made welcome by all the team. From a warm greeting at reception, to the gentle but thorough procedure from the audiologist. I also believe they stayed longer than expected to make sure I received the results I wanted (sorry!). Really delighted I chose this clinic, and would recommend to anyone to go here. Not to mention, this was my first experience in Australia for any sort of treatment.. they made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout. Thank you so much to all the team š
